Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary manage of stockyard workers other than warehouse office staff
• Assist Operations Manager to ensure customer orders, returns and product maintenance meet company standards
• Organize and coordinate daily work for stockyard workers
• Ensure cost efficient work at yard and usage of space, correct order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
• Coordinate physical handling of deliveries, return and repair and maintenance work
• Coordinate and communicate with customer the delivery and return process
• Manage and prepare annual stock take
• Document and control performance KPIs
• Analyze processes and identify improvement potential
• Hands‑on support for any warehouse operating matter whenever needed
• Responsible for the implementation of all Health, Safety and Environmental (“HSE”) requirements on the stockyard
