Minimum 7‑10 years of experience in warehouse operations, at least 5 years in a managerial supervisory role. Prior experience in foodstuff, FMCG, or cold chain logistics is mandatory.
Responsibilities - Lead and manage large teams of pickers, loaders, and supervisors.
