Warehouse Floor Team Lead

Austin-based e-commerce company is seeking a Warehouse Floor Team Lead to fill a key role in the continued growth of our company.

Job duties will include:

• Supporting Management in the day-to-day operations of a 16k sf fulfillment center in North Austin
• Interacting with carrier shipping platforms/software
• Improving efficiency of pick & pack operations
• Sourcing and ordering shipping materials and maintenance supplies
• Working alongside warehouse employees during peak fulfillment periods
• Performing general maintenance of machinery used in the warehouse
• Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
• Creating weekly schedules
