Responsibilities

• Ensure all country customer fulfillment operations are following HSSE policies and Quality Standards.
• Drive safety agenda and strengthen safety leadership culture within the team and contractors.
• Lead the customer fulfillment process and service delivery through close collaboration with supply sources, GBS, logistics, and other areas in the value chain.
• Order fulfillment preparation and planning, follow-ups with/to manufacturing sites, freight forwarding, warehousing, and HSSE compliance.
• Execute strategies and tactics to mitigate non-controllable external BP factors such as international price and forex impacts, local political situations, and economics.
• Adapt processes unique to international customers as needed.
• Lead monthly SLA reviews which include key operational performance tracking, project tracking and assurance across deliverables in HSSE, Quality, Service and Cost.
