What It Takes to Crush It

• High school diploma or GED


• Machine shop background


• Able to read blueprints and a tape measure down the the nearest 16th


• Excellent math skills


• Able to use power tools


• Welding a plus


• Show up on time, geared up, and ready to work


• Detail-driven — your work has to hold up
