Position Overview
- Taking of patient orders from the menu
- Collecting of patient’s menus
- Ensure patients receive meals and delivered timeously
- Serving beverages to patients and visitors where necessary
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the satellite kitchen
- Ordering and collecting of ward free issues
- Daily stocktaking of ward crockery and cutlery.
- Keeping water carafes filled with fresh water.
- Patient satisfaction
- Serving the correct meals to patients
- Ensure cupboards and equipment in satellite kitchens are cleaned regularly
