Responsibilities

• Inspire and operationally lead the service teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with the concept.
• Maintain guest satisfaction, quality, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an à la carte/beer‑serving restaurant.
• Experience in supervisory roles.
• Enjoy providing customer service and working varied shifts on all days of the week.
• Desire to consistently exceed customers' expectations.
• Hygiene licence and alcohol licence.
• English language proficiency (additional languages are a plus).
