**The Opportunity:**
CACI is seeking a skilled and experienced VTC Scheduler (Level 1) to join our dynamic team to support a DoD client in Suitland, MD.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Reserve, schedule, and set up audiovisual equipment for meetings and events.
+ Ensure all VTC systems meet DoD and DIA requirements.
+ Understand and coordinate meeting requirements for both local and distant end participants.
+ Schedule VTC Bridge connections and perform connection testing with far-site participants.
+ Interface with customers to ensure VTC services meet operational requirements.
+ Resolve changes and conflicts with scheduled conferences in collaboration with NMIC customers.
