Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
Lead the design, execution, and governance of valuation frameworks that support the Bermuda Economic Balance sheet (EBS) and the Company’s internal capital frameworkEnsure actuarial models and processes are scalable and transparentEngage regularly with the Bermuda regulator on valuation and capital mattersAct as an advisor to senior management and present to both internal and external Board’s as neededQualifications required:
FSA, FCIA, FIA, or equivalent actuarial qualificationExperience required:
10+ years of experience in life (re)insurance, including leadership rolesStrong communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to executive committees, Boards and investorsDemonstrated ability to influence enterprise strategy
