The Vice President of Hospital-based Care – Administrative provides enterprise-level clinical, operational, and financial leadership for hospital-based care services (e.g., Hospitalists, Intensivists, etc.) across the Northern Light Health Provider Network. This role is accountable for overall systemwide performance that includes quality, access, growth, and financial sustainability of hospital-based care practices. In dyad partnership with the Physician Executive of Hospital-based Care, this leader ensures effective operational execution of care delivery models that support high-quality, patient-centered, and value-based hospital-based care, aligned with system strategy and organizational priorities.
