The Broward County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Volunteer Intern at the Parks and Recreation Division (Secret Woods Nature Center) for the Fall Term 2024.

Duties include:

- Assisting with the research of history, impacts, and resilience of Secret Woods Nature Center to create proposal documents for remodeled interpretive Center at Secret Woods.
- Assisting with creating activities for monthly home school programs and participate teaching scheduled field trips alongside Secret Woods' Naturalists.
- Development of new environmental education programs for the park and the implementation of existing programs,
