Join Beanfield as a Voice Technical Support Specialist to troubleshoot advanced voice issues and guide customer inquiries. This hybrid role requires your expertise in VoIP and connectivity troubleshooting.
In this position, you'll report to the Commercial Technical Support Manager and act as the main escalation point for voice services.
