Summary This position is part of the Organization of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The incumbent serves as a Visual Information Specialist performing a wide variety of multimedia functions to support JSSSO with responsibility to plan, develop, administer and coordinate assigned digital printing and conventional printing projects. Responsibilities As a VISUAL INFORMATION SPECIALIST at the GS-1084-11 some of your typical work assignments may include: Works with JS customers in developing graphic designs that communicate information through a variety of media. Consults with customers to develop original design materials through interpretation of the meaning of the information to be presented, points to be emphasized, relationships to be stressed, and sequence of presentation. Applies extensive skill in the use of industry standard graphic design and desktop publishing software; primarily uses Adobe Creative Suites.
