ROLE OVERVIEW

The Virtual Event Producer is responsible for the seamless execution of virtual small group meetings for high-profile clients. This role requires the administrative precision and high-level judgment combined with the active, real-time air traffic control necessary for small group moderation. You will manage the entire lifecycle of these intimate, high-stakes sessions, from strict gatekeeping and security to technical production and live moderation; ensuring the white-glove Evercall standard is maintained at every touchpoint.

Meeting Moderation & Access Control

• Manage Zoom and Microsoft Teams waiting rooms with total precision; admit only pre-approved participants against a provided guest list.
