₱40,000 – ₱80,000/month (mid-level to senior)

Job Summary

The Virtual Assistant Instructor is responsible for designing, delivering, and improving training programs that prepare virtual assistants (VAs) to effectively support clients across various industries (e.g., admin, real estate, e-commerce, digital marketing). The role ensures VAs are client-ready, skilled, and aligned with company standards.

Design and deliver structured training programs for new and existing VAs

Conduct live training sessions (Zoom/Google Meet) and recorded modules

Develop training materials (SOPs, manuals, playbooks, videos)

Customize training based on client requirements and VA skill gaps
