Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Development Specialist

We have 100–150 fixed suppliers, 40 of which are defined as critical. We seek a person for a newly created position who can implement strategic and structural actions on the supplier base. You will play a unique role, working across purchasing departments and with suppliers both locally and internationally.

Who are you?

Experience in procurement, supply chain, or supplier management. Mastery of negotiation, relationship-building, and systematic follow-up. You are proactive, highly capable of planning and structuring, thrive in independent work, and can represent Westcontrol in meetings with suppliers nationally and internationally.

We require relevant higher education and more than five years of experience in a similar field. Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
