The Vice Principal of St. Dominic Catholic High School serves as a Catholic faith leader who supports the Principal in fostering a Christ-centered learning community where students are inspired to grow spiritually, academically, socially, culturally, and physically. The Vice Principal contributes to the school's mission by promoting student achievement, supporting staff development, maintaining a safe and caring learning environment, and strengthening relationships with families, parish, and the broader community.

As a member of the Confluence Campus community, the Vice Principal works collaboratively with educational partners to ensure positive learning experiences and opportunities for all students while upholding the mission, vision, and values of Catholic education.
