Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience working in a fast-paced, high growth environment
• Demonstrated success in past Head of Marketing roles (bonus if you've led Product Marketing teams) - building, leading and mentoring high-performing teams as well as growing revenue
• Demonstrated success in navigating and influencing challenging dynamics at the executive level, including managing strong personalities and engaging in direct, candid conversations while maintaining professionalism and focus on outcomes
• In depth, hands‑on experience with all core product / solution marketing functions - positioning, pricing, packaging, GTM planning, sales enablement, marketing research, competitive intel and product launch
• Demonstrated creative thinking with ability to develop new programs that generate awareness and intent, enable sales and excite customers
