Description

The Development Manager is a leadership position which will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and ongoing expansion of Ada’s Infrastructure footprint across EMEA. Reporting to the Head of EMEA, this position will require the successful candidate to collaborate closely with the Energy Manager and the Site selection manager to bring news sites to a point where Data Centre construction may commence.

The Development Manager will take ownership of a newly purchased site from the Site selection manager and initiate all developments tasks as required i.e. potential rezoning requests, power and permitting applications if required, agree site maintenance and landlord responsibilities and ensure same are in place.
