Vice President – Debt Capital Markets (Origination)

We are setting up a Debt Capital Markets desk within our NBFC to originate, structure, and place private debt transactions for corporates, NBFCs, and financial institutions. We are looking for a VP with strong issuer relationships and a track record of closing NCD, CP, and structured debt transactions.

What You‘ll Do

• Originate and execute private placement of NCDs, CPs, market-linked debentures, and structured debt instruments
• Build and maintain relationships with CFOs, treasurers, and finance heads of target corporates and FIs
• Work with credit and legal teams to structure transactions — pricing, covenants, security, and ratings
• Develop and manage the investor distribution network: MFs, insurance companies, family offices, HNIs, and NBFCs
