Duties: Strategic development and execution of advanced analytics for the Citi US Consumer Cards Retention program, encompassing both Account Retention and Pre-emptive Retention. Perform data analysis to identify customer behavior patterns across Phones, Digital, and Email channels, translating insights into targeted omni-channel marketing recommendations.
