This role is pivotal in strengthening the strategic collaboration between Bank and Securities business in APAC. The incumbent will lead and support initiatives such as the Dual Hat Office DH Framework, Governance and Oversight, as well as driving Strategic Dual Hatting related Initiatives. The role also involves coordination with Tokyo Head Office and other regional offices to drive medium to long-term business development, risk management, and product innovation.

• Develop and execute strategic business plans, including medium to long-term structural initiatives and governance / risk management frameworks.
• Support to promote and expand securities-related business across APAC, including the development of new products and services.
