Demonstrates and understands the importance of and respect for the rights, dignity and individuality of each patient in all interactions.Manages the talent acquisition process, to include sourcing, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants. Develops and implements recruitment and retention strategies utilizing a variety of methods such as social media, job boards, college recruitment, and accessing community resources.
