Position Summary

The Director of Quality & Staff Education is responsible for leading the hospital’s quality improvement program while overseeing clinical education and staff competency development across the organization. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care through data-driven quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and ongoing clinical training for nursing and interdisciplinary staff.

Working in a high-acuity Critical Care / Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTAC) environment, the Director focuses on improving patient outcomes for medically complex patients, including those requiring ventilator management, complex wound care, and extended critical care services. The role supports regulatory readiness, monitors key clinical quality indicators, and develops educational programs that ensure staff maintain the highest standards of clinical practice.
