Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists is hiring a Veterinary Technician Manager to lead and support our specialty technical teams as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community. You’ll join a hospital that combines a locally rooted culture with the tools, training, and resources of Thrive’s national network.

This is a full‑time, leadership role reports directly to the Hospital Administrator. You’ll work closely with the Training Coordinator and hospital leadership to oversee training, performance, scheduling, and consistency across specialty departments—and serve as the primary point of contact for specialty technical team questions and needs.
