Veterinary Technician / Assistant

Cochranton Veterinary Hospital is looking for a technician to add to our team! We are a busy 2 doctor practice in the suburbs of Cochranton, PA. A licensed technician is preferred but not required to apply. We are looking for a candidate with at least 1-3 years of experience in the veterinary field. The Veterinary Technician will assist the veterinarian in providing medical care to animals. They will perform various tasks such as administering medication, taking digital radiographs, and collecting blood samples. The Veterinary Technician will also be responsible for maintaining medical records and communicating with pet owners.

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited veterinary technology program (Preferred but not required)
• Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) preferred but not required.
