ABOUT THE ROLE

As surgery manager, you'll lead a team of 20+ surgical technicians while partnering closely with our board-certified surgeons and hospital leadership. This position balances hands-on technical oversight with departmental operations - scheduling, staffing, budgets, SOPs, and performance development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

+ Lead, mentor, and manage 20+ surgical technicians, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and accountability
