Role Overview

This position is the Clinic Activation Lead at Vetsource International, part of the Mars global brand, ensuring successful transition of each veterinary clinic from a ‘lead’ to a high‑performing digital business. Responsibilities include onboarding clinics, training staff, building workflows, and optimising home delivery performance to grow revenue and free up clinic time for pet care.

Role involves frequent travel across the UK, ideally based in the Midlands for efficient coverage. Overnight stays may be required.
