Position Overview
Job Description - Support Operations team, coordinating with various parties like ship masters, ship brokers, bunker traders, port agents, marine surveyors on day-to-day operation matter to ensure voyages run smoothly.
- Check and update operations data in the system for Operations team analysis, decision making and reporting.
- Preparation of business summary, BL collection, tallying of financial statement and following up of outstanding issues with relevant parties.
- Maintain repetitive communication formats, reports and data on computer as advised by Operations / Vessel Manager.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements - Course of Study – Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies or related field.
