**Monday-Friday, possible weekends and holidays**

**Administrative Support Clerk**

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**

+ Track and manage work orders via company’s EBIS system for assigned shops
+ Record all work order information as completed into EBIS ensuring accuracy
+ Support accounting in processing invoices for all parts purchases
+ Receive, analyze, assign and update/follow up on work orders
+ Monitor data quality and make necessary updates
+ Use data to assist operational teams in managing parts, WO’s and PMs
+ Prepare reports for leadership and operational teams
+ Create PM schedules, new assets and parts into EBIS in a timely manner
+ Update PM documents/schedules and update existing asset information
