MUST:

Experienced VDI Technical Manager

7+ years progressive experience leading technical team working in a federal government technical operation chartered with large scale, multi-faceted IT development and support.

5+ years experience in leading or managing VDI implementations and/ or environments

Excellent technical skills related to IT service delivery including Change Management, trouble shooting, security and network issues.

Must be able to generate timely detailed reporting on program status, issues identified and potential solutions via written, visual aids, presentations etc.

Proficiency with Microsoft (MS) Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook), Adobe, MS Teams, Google meet, Remedy/ServiceNow.
