Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Coordinator to join our modular construction team. In this role, you will be the bridge between digital design, factory manufacturing, and on-site assembly. Unlike traditional construction, modular projects require absolute geometric precision and flawless data management before fabrication begins. You will be responsible for managing BIM model coordination, executing 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost) simulations, and maintaining the strict administration of project documentation, transmittals, and submittals within our Common Data Environment (CDE).
