Key Accountabilities:
Component Engineering Leadership
Provide proactive engineering oversight for valve-related equipment to improve overall plant reliability and prevent failures.Serve as the single point of contact and subject matter expert (SME) for assigned valve components.Monitor and improve component health through condition monitoring, trend analysis, and performance evaluation.Develop and maintain component-specific programs for valve reliability.Maintenance Strategy Development
