About The Role: BigPanda is seeking an experienced Value Delivery Manager to join our Professional Services team in EMEA. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers achieve measurable outcomes through the adoption of BigPanda’s suite of AI solutions: AI Detection and Response, AI Incident Assistant, and AI Incident Prevention.

VDMs lead implementations that unify traditionally siloed IT functions across Observability, Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Site Reliability Engineering, and Operations. As a trusted consultant, you will lead complex multi-product programs across our enterprise customers, shape customer decisions, define and track measurable business value, and be a clear communicator across English and German-speaking customers.
