Beach Baker is working with a highly respected, long‑established national property consultancy to recruit a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) to join its specialist Valuation team, focusing on loan security work for UK lenders.

The Role

The successful candidate will deliver Red Book-compliant loan security valuations across a broad range of commercial and mixed‑use property, supporting lending decisions for banks, building societies and alternative lenders.
