Vacuum Heat Treat Operator

We are currently seeking a candidate who is qualified for the role of full‑time Vacuum Heat Treat Operator. You will calibrate furnaces, monitor technical specifications, and ensure the metallurgical integrity of high‑performance turbine components. The hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.

Typical Duties

• Operate furnaces to ensure that temperature settings, pressure, and time durations are accurate and within specifications
• Review technical specifications to understand the materials being treated and the desired properties
• Inspect raw materials before and after heat treatment to ensure proper size, shape, and quality
• Perform routine maintenance on heat treatment equipment to keep it running efficiently
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company safety regulations and quality standards
