Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design for all of Ticketmelon’s growing productsDeliver design solutions in the form of wireframes and prototypes, up to final high fidelity designIndependently plan and run researches, conduct usability tests to validate design solutions and identify opportunities for optimizing user journeysClearly communicate the rationale behind these solutionsWork closely with the Product team to define clear strategy and success metrics for projectsDevelop and maintain documentation of guidelines and stylesAny relevant ad-hoc dutiesConduct testing of sample applications, websites, and software applications to assess user experience and ease of designBuild storyboards to conceptualize designs to accurately convey project plans to stakeholders
