We are currently supporting our client in their search for an experienced UX Researcher (m/f/d) to join their team in Zurich. In this role, you will independently lead research initiatives across various product areas, helping to inform design and business decisions through deep user insights.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct end-to-end UX research across product and user journeys
• Design and execute qualitative research studies (e.g. usability testing, interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries)
• Analyse user behaviour and translate insights into actionable recommendations
