Join our FI client as a UX Research Lead and help shape intuitive AI experiences in financial services. This full-time role in downtown Toronto includes onsite collaboration 3-4 times weekly.
As a UX Research Lead, you will blend hands-on research with strategic leadership for AI initiatives. Your experience of over 7 years in UX research will guide the vision for user insights, trust, and adoption of AI systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, data science, and design to ensure all research aligns with user needs and responsible AI practices.
