Project Overview

Support front-end development related to Vital Events by improving user interactions with digital, user-centric products and services through user-centered design and research-driven interface design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create effective, user friendly and visually appealing interfaces
• Design the overall functionality of the product to ensure a great user experience and iterate based on user testing
• Design user interfaces for various projects such as digital displays, publications, media, and other creative materials as required
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs
• Conceive and conduct user research, interviews and surveys, translating findings into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes
