UX Designer (6 Month FTC) at Lloyds Banking Group, London. Salary banding: £72,702 - £80,780. Hours: 35 hours, full time, hybrid working (at least two days per week).

What will I be doing?

• Create end‑to‑end user experiences, building cohesive journeys step by step.
• Use a central design system to balance content and UI components on screen.
• Bring designs to life with prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, Axure or AdobeXD.
• Balance business requirements with user needs, gathering research to align stakeholders.
• Push back diplomatically when needed to protect the customer experience.
• Adapt designs to technical constraints across platforms while guiding teams toward best user experiences.
• Advocate for inclusive and accessible design for a diverse user base.
