**Required Qualifications:**



+ Nursing school graduate.

+ Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License

+ 3 years of experience in utilization management and/or case management.

+ 3 years of Clinical experience in hospital or medical office/clinic setting.

+ Experience with Milliman criteria.
