Job Description

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness inside and outside APIM establishments

Clean restrooms, offices, and common areas; remove trash and sanitize surfaces

Perform minor repairs (painting, lighting replacement, basic plumbing)

Maintain grounds and ensure a safe and clean environment

Assist in loading/unloading and transporting equipment, furniture, or supplies





Qualification

Male, not older than 30 years old

At least high school graduate or any related course

With janitorial or utility experience is an advantage

Physically fit and hardworking

Can drive a vehicle (advantage)
