Utility Location Technician About the RoleThe Utility Location Technician safeguards underground infrastructure for OSP projects by locating, marking, and documenting utilities prior to excavation or construction. The role partners with utility owners, contractors, and agencies to ensure accurate marks, regulatory compliance, and safe, on-schedule field work.
