The mission of the User Operations team at 99Food in Brazil is to amplify the value of UX and its direct impact on usability for our customers. We are dedicated to ensuring our app strategy translates into an intuitive, efficient, and reliable experience. We act as a key link between users and internal departments, especially Product and Engineering. Through data‑driven decisions and in‑depth local market insights, we empower our teams to focus on solving problems and creating excellent, user‑centered experiences for our consumers.
