**Role summary:**
The Senior Construction Manager – Industrial Remodels is responsible for leading construction execution across multiple supply chain remodel projects. This role manages general contractors, schedules, budgets, compliance, and cross-functional coordination from project development through completion and warranty. The position partners closely with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with operational objectives. The role also drives process improvements, supports strategic initiatives, and provides subject matter expertise across industrial construction and automation-related projects. Extensive travel is required to support project oversight and execution.
