"Strong understanding of monitoring protocols: SNMP, WMI, SSH, PowerShell, API, JDBC

"Proficiency in network, server (Windows, Linux, AIX), database (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2), and application monitoring

"Experience with ServiceNow integration, event management, and CMDB synchronization

"Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Shell) for automation and custom monitoring
