**What you'll do...**
**Job Duties:**

+ Responsible for the scheduling processing and production of product
+ Ensures processing areas are clean before and after use
+ Monitors and operates the HTST system according to PMO standards including the daily use of computers and HMI systems
+ Responsible for monitoring and adjusting milk unloading schedules as necessary
+ Coordinates CIP systems according to PMO and food safety plans
+ Responsible for the coordination of chocolate batching
+ Identifies process issues and/or deviations and escalates to management as necessary
+ Adheres to all company safety procedures and guidelines Uses personal protective equipment
+ Operates machinery and equipment safely
+ Reports any hazards near misses injuries or accidents immediately
+ Actively participates in safety trainings and drills
+ Maintains cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents
