We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented US Workforce Operations Lead to support our growing US consulting and staffing operations. This role will work closely with our established India-based operations team while serving as a key operational support contact for our US consultants, contractors, and client engagements.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US staffing operations, onboarding coordination, workforce administration, consultant support, and operational process management.
