Job Title: US Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) / Medical Doctor (MD) – Family Medicine

Location: India or the Philippines

Requirements:

• Licensed in New York (NY) or New Jersey (NJ) (one or both preferred)
• Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care
• Comfortable providing telehealth/remote patient care
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

Work Schedule:

Weekdays (Monday–Friday):

• 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST

Weekends (Saturday & Sunday):

• Shift 1: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
• Shift 2: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM EST
